What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Respond promptly to questions about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to customers
- Help customers understand their insurance options through personalized guidance
- Work alongside your team to support agency goals and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Interest in learning about and marketing insurance products
- Team-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
